Terms of Service

Terms for the Miterion website, waitlist, pilot access and the future Study Hub service.

1. Operator and scope

Miterion is operated by Senolix Longevity P.S.A., ul. Strzałowa 17p/3, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, NIP 9562386305. These Terms apply to the Miterion website, waitlist, pilot access and, when enabled, Miterion Study Hub and the Miterion Evidence Engine.

2. Professional use

Miterion is intended for professional and business users involved in clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, feasibility, clinical operations or related work. It is not designed as a consumer medical service.

3. Waitlist and pilot access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to a pilot or production service. Miterion may invite selected organisations or users to pilots and may change pilot scope, functionality or availability as the product is validated.

4. What Miterion does

Miterion Study Hub is designed to help users explore public clinical-trial evidence and prepare for early feasibility work. The Miterion Evidence Engine may retrieve, connect and organise records from public trial registries and other authorised sources and present them through an AI-assisted interface.

5. Evidence limitations

Public clinical-trial sources may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent or updated by third parties. Miterion does not guarantee that any public record is current, complete or sufficient for an operational decision.

Miterion may highlight patterns, evidence gaps and questions that deserve validation. It does not establish current investigator availability, site capacity, actual recruitment performance or other private field intelligence unless that information has been separately provided and is explicitly identified as such.

6. No substitute for professional feasibility or regulatory judgement

Miterion outputs are decision-support materials. They are not medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, a final feasibility determination, a guarantee of recruitment performance, or a substitute for sponsor, CRO, investigator, site or regulatory review.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide information you are authorised to provide;
  • use Miterion only for lawful professional purposes;
  • review material outputs before relying on them for a business or clinical-development decision;
  • not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or misuse the service;
  • not submit participant-level personal data or special-category health data unless this has been expressly agreed in writing and the appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Your materials

You retain ownership of materials you submit to Miterion. You grant Miterion the limited rights necessary to process those materials for the requested service, pilot, support, security and agreed product functionality.

You represent that you have the right to provide the submitted materials and that doing so does not breach confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property or contractual obligations.

9. Confidentiality

Where pilot or commercial work involves confidential study materials, the applicable NDA, pilot agreement, order form or other written agreement will govern confidentiality obligations in addition to these Terms.

10. Public sources and third-party services

Miterion may rely on public registries, external websites, APIs, cloud providers and AI or data-processing infrastructure. Those services may change independently of Miterion. Miterion is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party public sources.

11. Intellectual property

Miterion and its licensors retain all rights in the Miterion name, Study Hub, Evidence Engine, software, interface, workflows, documentation and other platform materials, except for user materials and third-party source content.

12. Fees and commercial terms

Where Miterion provides a paid pilot, subscription, report or other commercial service, the price, scope, payment terms and any service-specific commitments will be set out in the relevant proposal, order form, statement of work or other written agreement.

13. Availability and changes

Pilot and pre-release functionality may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We may update the service where necessary for security, product development, source availability or legal compliance.

14. Disclaimer

Except where expressly agreed in writing, Miterion is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that public-source data will be complete, current or error-free.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, Miterion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on public-source evidence, third-party data, or decisions taken without the professional validation appropriate to the study.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, data or legal compliance, or where these Terms are materially breached. Commercial termination rights may be specified in a separate agreement.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate commercial agreement may contain more specific dispute-resolution terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Study Hub develops. The current version will be published on miterion.com.
