Miterion is the venture-building brand of Senolix Longevity P.S.A., ul. Strzałowa 17p/3, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, NIP 9562386305. These Terms concern the public Miterion website and its contact form.
2. Purpose of the website
The website introduces Miterion’s work on product ventures that connect technologies from European research institutions with industrial needs. It allows research institutions, innovation ecosystems and industrial companies to enquire about potential collaboration.
Descriptions of our approach and previous development work are provided for initial business discussions. They do not guarantee that a particular technology, product, partner, funding source or development outcome is available for your project.
3. Enquiries and commercial agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a development, supply, investment or licence agreement. The scope of any work, pricing, funding, technology access, intellectual-property rights, milestones and supply obligations must be agreed separately.
Where a separate agreement applies, it governs that collaboration. A past project or demonstrator is not a commitment to supply a commercial product.
